📋 Description
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for drug substances and products
- Support early phase development of NCEs in preclinical and clinical programs
- Collaborate with PCS, Process Chemistry, DPD, QA, and regulatory teams
- Perform method development, testing, and analytical control strategies
- Apply separation and detection for impurity profiling of pharmaceutical products
- Communicate findings and design follow-on experiments across teams
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry with 7+ years (or Master’s with 5+)
- Strong analytical chemistry background and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on with chromatography (HPLC, UPLC, GC) and spectroscopy
- Proficient with Waters Empower CDS and SLIMS/LIMS
- Excellent written and oral communication; cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with regulatory expectations and data handling systems
