AI / Agent Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and evolve MCP servers, tools, and skills for multi-LLM exposure (Claude, Gemini).
• Design graph-RAG pipeline to convert documents into agent-friendly facts, entities, relations.
• Implement retrieval across source, vector-RAG, dense graph, and temporal replay.
• Collaborate with product, data, QA; strive for better answer quality and grounding.
• Write clean, tested production-grade code and participate in code reviews.
• Work in an agile/sprint environment with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years software engineering; 2+ years AI/ML or LLM apps.
• Strong Python; hands-on LLM app development and agentic patterns.
• Direct experience building MCP servers, tools, and skills.
• Experience with RAG, graph-RAG systems, vector DBs, embeddings.
• Familiarity with graph stores (Neo4j, Postgres/Supabase graphs).
