- Lead a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects for the Korean market.
- Partner with sales to drive revenue and coach team members.
- Communicate complex, business value-focused solutions and support complex deals.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in customers’ companies.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience as a Pre-Sales Manager building and scaling Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS teams.
- Ability to mentor field and technical teams onshore and offshore.
- Knowledge of data-driven decisions, AI, and cloud software models.
- Process optimization for technical field members to improve efficiency.
- Background in Data Architecture (Data Lake, Data Engineering/ Data Warehouse) and Data Science.
- Native level Korean; business-level English strongly preferred.
