📋 Description

• Oversee shift operations, cost, inventory, cash control, and customer relations
• Set the example and enforce policy and procedures 100% of the time
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, store upkeep, and marketing tasks
• Advancement paths from driver to GM/franchisee or corporate ops
• Customer service focus and maintaining a great store image

🎯 Requirements

• 55+ hours per week; prior restaurant experience required
• Ability to manage money, take orders, and communicate clearly
• Strong math, multitasking, and leadership skills
• Physical ability for standing, lifting, and moving operate equipment
