Technology Trainer – Anthropic Enablement-Western US

📋 Description

• Design, build, and improve training curricula on Claude, Anthropic API, and developer platform
• Deliver live training (virtual and on-site) to internal teams, partners, and clients
• Tailor enablement content for non-technical users and engineers
• Demo Claude capabilities live; cover API, prompting, integration patterns
• Provide office hours and follow-up technical support to reinforce learning
• Own and evolve internal Anthropic certification program across 101/201 tracks

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical training, enablement, or customer-facing tech roles
• Strong API/ integrations background; hands-on Claude or similar LLM platforms
• Experience designing tiered curricula (101 and 201) for mixed audiences
• Excellent presentation and facilitation; adaptable in virtual and in-person settings
• Solid instructional design; ensure content drives retention and behavior change
• Anthropic Certified Trainer or willingness to obtain within 90 days
