Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead a high-visibility, cross-functional program spanning Okta and Auth0 investments
- Drive integration breadth/depth with SaaS ISVs across Workforce & Auth0 product areas
- Define operational rhythms, milestones, metrics, and risk mitigation
- Use AI-driven processes to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
- Own reports for C-level and leadership; evangelize program vision and progress
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and decisions
🎯 Requirements
- 6-8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product roles
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong technical and financial acumen; quick to master new domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication; distill complex ideas
- Structured thinker; capable of handling ambiguity and driving results
- Experience delivering multiple workstreams with minimal supervision
