• Lead end-to-end customer deployments and adoption programs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS, Professional Services, Customer Success, or similar
• Experience leading SaaS deployments and adoption programs
• Strong product and systems-thinking abilities
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, SSO, enterprise tech
• Stakeholder mgmt with admins, operators, exec sponsors
• Excellent communication, storytelling, executive presence
