Solutions & Communications Architect (Fractional Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery and architecture of a secure, unified communications platform linking teams and
• Oversee architecture from initial discovery through delivery of a working pilot.
• Scope includes identity, data protection, integrations, approvals, monitoring, and auditability.
• Work with AI-enabled workflows while maintaining strong human oversight and security controls.
• First month is hands-on with transition to ~8 hours/week thereafter.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in solution/enterprise/integration/platform/security architecture.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and systems with robust audit trails.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management, data protection, least-privilege, security
• Proven track record of secure environments with data isolation across multiple
• Ability to translate evolving requirements into practical, secure, scalable solutions.
• Comfort with using AI tools while validating outputs and owning quality/security.
