📋 Description

• Lead design vision for a major area of Halter's farmer-facing product
• Own end-to-end design from discovery to launch
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define solutions
• Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences
• Work across multiple product surfaces while aligning with system needs
• Leverage customer insights, field data, and experimentation to inform work

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience; 2+ years at senior/lead level
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with a strong portfolio
• Ownership mindset to drive work without a defined brief
• Fluency with AI in design and potential integration into the product
• Strong systems thinking and product ecosystem awareness
• Excellent judgment and ability to understand business/customer/technical context
