Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Manage multiple concurrent projects for global clients
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Work with Product Owners on backlog grooming and new requests
• Facilitate internal communications and point of contact with external stakeholders
• Estimate velocity and costs, develop resource plans, and assess risks
• Coach teams in Agile and guide scrum maturity

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of Agile PM or Scrum Master experience in digital agency/consulting
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Crystal, XP, SAFe)
• Scrum Master Certification or hands-on Agile experience
• Strong English written and verbal communication
• Exceptional planning, organizational, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills
