Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 4–8 developers and engineers
• Shape the strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap
• Improve systems supporting supply chain, manufacturing, operations
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, Tech leaders
• Evaluate and implement tech to boost efficiency and scalability
• Build relationships with internal clients, vendors, partners

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing/maintaining business apps in supply chain or similar
• 2+ years of people-management
• Proven success leading technical teams with measurable results
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder mgmt, conflict resolution
• Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS/TMS/VMS/CRM/SCM/OMS or OT systems preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft tech stack: .NET, SQL Server, Windows Server, cloud
