Technical Program Manager, Engineering

📋 Description

• Drive technical alignment and process enforcement across Engineering.
• Bridge engineering infrastructure and business intelligence needs.
• Lead roadmaps for portfolio of operational programs.
• Build automation, workflows, and self-service tools (AWS, Jira, GitHub, etc.).
• Transform complex data into actionable BI visuals and narratives.
• Present deliverables to senior leadership with clear milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years as a TPM or similar technical PM function.
• Background in software development or engineering platforms.
• Python knowledge related to data structures and BI analysis.
• Proficient with Jira, GitHub, AWS, Salesforce, or Fivetran for data prep and visuals.
• Strong relationships, prioritization, and cross-team unblockment skills.
• Excellent communicator; able to simplify complex data.
