• Greet prospective drivers and provide attentive service throughout recruitment interactions
• Demonstrate knowledge of driver opportunities and platform benefits
• Qualify leads and assess driver suitability
• Conduct outreach calls, meetings, and presentations to educate prospects
• Achieve acquisition targets through proactive prospecting and engagement
• Guide drivers through onboarding with clear communication and proper documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service, retail, sales, or driver recruitment experience
• Strong verbal and written communication; connect with diverse prospects
• Interpersonal skills and passion for helping others succeed
• Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
• CRM experience and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Experience with cash handling; proven acquisition/sales track record
