Banking Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding and account-opening for corporate bank/EMI accounts across jurisdictions.
• Manage banking applications in high-risk industries; document and address requirements.
• Coordinate KYC, KYB, and AML processes for onboarding and reviews.
• Maintain relationships with bank partners, EMIs, and compliance officers.
• Track applications, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support banking and payment relationships across international routes (SEPA, SWIFT).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years opening/managing corporate bank or EMI accounts in regulated envs.
• Strong understanding of UBO/corporate ownership structures and docs.
• Knowledge of bank underwriting, apostilled docs, and international banking.
• Deep knowledge of KYC/KYB/AML incl. SoW/SoF assessments.
• Legal literacy with corp docs (MOA, incorporation, directors, Powers of Attorney, apostilles).
• Familiarity with SEPA, SWIFT, EMIs, PSP onboarding; multi-jurisdiction complexity.
