Senior QA Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end quality for critical payment journeys.
• Design and execute API-first test strategies for REST/JSON workflows.
• Build and improve automated API and selective UI tests (Playwright, RestAssured).
• Develop reusable automation components and utilities.
• Test integrations with external providers (payment processors, Open Banking).
• Investigate production incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in QA engineering or related software quality role.
• Hands-on in testing REST APIs (HTTP, JSON, request/response).
• Strong understanding of backend and distributed systems.
• Practical experience with test automation tools (Playwright, RestAssured).
• Ability to diagnose issues via logs, DBs, and API traces; async patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and cloud-based environments.
