🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in professional software engineering building production systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering technically.
• Hands-on AI integration (LLMs, AI agents, RAG) in products/processes.
• Strong web tech: TypeScript, React, Next.js.
• Proven design of scalable APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native apps.
• Relational DB experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
