📋 Description

• Assists in oversight, coordination and execution of sales, costs, retention, service and quality
• Delivers service and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD) and shift team.
• Greets customers, takes orders, and promotes menu items.
• Oversees cash handling, daily reports and POS operations.
• Supports shift management and assigns daily tasks.
