📋 Description
- Facilitate core Scrum events to support productive communication and collaboration.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement to boost delivery.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Apply Agile knowledge to address moderately scoped delivery challenges.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs.
- Identify impediments and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 7+ years in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, PM, or related roles managing projects.
- Experience managing technical product portfolios and leading technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional teams with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to remove impediments, manage dependencies, and handle delivery challenges.
