📋 Description

• Lead the Consulting Services function with structure, consistency, accountability, and effective
• Build a high-performing team culture through direction, coaching, mentoring, empowerment, and
• Act as a trusted operational advisor to consulting leadership, contributing to strategic planning
• Develop and enhance delivery frameworks, onboarding playbooks, workflows, and scalable
• Identify bottlenecks, lead initiatives to improve productivity, quality, scalability, and customer
• Own tracking/reporting for KPIs: utilization, delivery timelines, project health, capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in operations, consulting delivery, project management, or program management.
• Ability to lead strategic operational initiatives with hands-on execution.
• Proven experience building, leading, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills: performance reporting, dashboards, data analysis, data visualization.
• Design scalable processes, delivery frameworks, and operational methodologies.
