Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Django)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize mission-critical microservices using Python, Django, and Django REST
• Design and develop scalable APIs for high concurrency and peak usage.
• Contribute to architecture with focus on operations, automation, resilience, and scalable practices.
• Establish quality frameworks with unit testing using Pytest and automated checks.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, N+1 issues, and async processing problems.
• Design and implement microservices with complex third-party systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend experience with Django and DRF.
• Advanced Python proficiency and backend architecture knowledge.
• Experience designing microservices and integrating third-party apps.
• Strong unit testing experience with Pytest or similar.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and optimizing high-load DB queries.
• Ability to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
