📋 Description
- Lead a portfolio of 40+ complex implementations annually across healthcare settings.
- Establish governance, methodologies, standards, tools, and best practices for delivery.
- Provide executive oversight through lifecycle from planning to post-implementation.
- Monitor portfolio KPIs, milestones, and forecasting to leadership.
- Drive customer success with improvements in patient care, operations, and adoption.
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics or related field; master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of professional business experience, preferably in healthcare and IT.
- PMP or CAPM certification, or 5+ years leading EHR implementations.
- Epic module certification strongly preferred.
- Experience managing seven+ direct reports and teams of 30+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools; Smartsheet or MS Project experience.
