Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Django)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize mission-critical microservices using Python, Django, and Django REST
• Design and develop scalable APIs capable of supporting high-concurrency traffic and significant
• Contribute to software architecture, with a focus on operations, automation, resilience, and
• Establish and maintain test quality frameworks with Pytest and automated quality checks.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, inefficient queries, N+1 problems
• Design and implement microservices that integrate with complex third-party systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development, with strong Django and Django REST Framework
• Advanced Python proficiency with solid backend architecture knowledge.
• Experience designing and building microservices architectures and integrating complex third-party
• Strong experience with unit testing and Pytest or equivalent frameworks.
• Hands-on with asynchronous programming and optimizing high-load database queries.
• Ability to identify performance issues and improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
