NCG Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate sourcing, transportation, and delivery of NCG shopfitting materials for timely
• Manage logistics flows from split-points to project sites with suppliers and stakeholders
• Support planning and execution of project materials with Project Managers, Facility, and Commercial
• Maintain data in systems (e.g., Tango) to support planning, forecasting, and tracking
• Oversee inventory, reuse, and waste management aligning with sustainability guidelines
• Handle issues and change requests to secure project progress

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or NCG operations (experience in Project, Facility, or
• Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Comfort working with data, systems (e.g., MS Office), and logistics processes
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Collaborative and communicative, able to coordinate across teams
