📋 Description

• Lead and coach a regional team across 10+ locations in Noord-Nederland
• Report to Head of Purchasing and collaborate with two other regional managers
• Visit 2-3 sites weekly; analyze data to drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• HBO/WO education
• Min 3 years leadership in commercial/operational settings
• Experience coaching/Developing teams (>15 people)
• Based in Noord-Nederland with willingness to travel nationwide
• Strong analytical skills; KPI-driven work
• Independent, goal-oriented with strong communication
