📋 Description

• Join our Product team and shape design operations across the Design Department.
• Drive operational alignment and streamline cross-functional collaboration (UI, UX, Game Art
• Establish scalable processes, standards, and a central Product Wiki for processes and standards.
• Monitor KPIs, capacity, resources, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Support backlog management, prioritisation, resource planning, and OKR tracking.
• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and communicate delays proactively.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years in Agile and/or Lean environments.
• Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and other PM frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jira: workflow, sprint planning, backlog administration, dashboards, reporting.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and dependency tracking.
