• Lead Operations in our DACH HQ and drive growth
• Manage admin, billing, and customer support for partners, corporate clients, and members
• Align operations with growth and scalability goals
• Collaborate with global Operations teams across regions
• Balance customer impact with operational priorities
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Excellence teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Operations, CS, process optimization, CRM
• 5+ years in people leadership; team leads/managers
• Strategic thinker with cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent German and English communication
• Independent, structured, detail-oriented
