Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted technical advisor for enterprise partners across Turkey and wider EMEA
• Bridge customer needs with internal teams (engineering, product, sales, compliance, operations)
• Combine technical consulting, API integration, solution design, pre-sales, and relationship
• Guide customers from discovery through implementation, onboarding, and adoption
• Translate regional requirements into actionable product feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, integration workflows, WebSockets, JSON; experience with
• Native or business-level Turkish; strong English communication
• Ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ownership, execution, customer orientation; fintech/financial API knowledge is a plus
• Experience with regulatory environments and enterprise deal cycles is beneficial
