🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years of professional experience; recent grads encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Admin, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English; capable of leading candidate calls.
• Strong research skills and ability to understand job descriptions across domains.
• Ability to synthesize information quickly and translate into clear criteria.
• Strong attention to detail and structured, accurate data capture.
