Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Django)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize mission-critical microservices using Python, Django, and Django REST
• Design scalable APIs for high-concurrency traffic and peak usage.
• Contribute to architecture with focus on operations, automation, resilience, and scalable practices.
• Establish quality with unit testing via Pytest and automated checks.
• Resolve performance issues, N+1 queries, and async processing challenges.
• Design/implement microservices that integrate with third-party systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend development with strong Django/DRF expertise.
• Advanced Python proficiency and backend architecture know-how.
• Experience designing microservices and integrating complex third-party ecosystems.
• Strong unit testing with Pytest or similar.
• Practical async programming and optimization of high-load DB queries.
