Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Django)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize mission-critical microservices using Python, Django, and DRF.
• Design scalable APIs for high concurrency and peaks.
• Contribute to architecture with focus on operations, automation, resilience, and scalable practices.
• Establish quality frameworks with unit testing using Pytest and automated checks.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, bottlenecks, and N+1 problems.
• Design microservices that integrate with complex third-party systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend development, Django & DRF expertise.
• Advanced Python proficiency; solid backend architecture knowledge.
• Built microservices architectures and integrated third-party ecosystems.
• Strong unit testing experience with Pytest or similar.
• Asynchronous programming experience; optimize high-load DB queries.
• Identify performance issues and improve scalability/reliability.
