🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
- 8+ years enterprise DB administration/engineering
- 5+ years HA/DR/backup/recovery for critical systems
- SQL Server tuning, indexing, execution plans
- Always On AG, failover, clustering, log shipping
- PowerShell, T-SQL automation & monitoring
