China Opportunity Translation and Project Lead, Biotherapeutics and Genetic Medicine

📋 Description

• Translate China opportunities into integrated scientific, strategic, and operational assessments.
• Support due diligence for external opportunities in China, focusing on biotherapeutics and genetic
• Bridge BGM China with global stakeholders for clear communication and timely decisions.
• Coordinate with CEI, Development Sciences China/Global, Discovery China Venture, and Therapeutic
• Assist in IND-enabling activities and early project planning through development readiness
• Provide partial project leadership and management support across internal/external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. with 5–10 years of industry experience or a master’s with 10–15 years; advanced degree
• Background in life sciences, chemistry, or related field; strong preference for genetic medicine
• Experience in genetic medicine and/or biotherapeutics discovery or development; cross-functional
• Strong understanding of late-discovery and early-development criteria and development readiness in
• Ability to synthesize complex scientific information into actionable recommendations.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; exceptional communication across functions/geographies.
