📋 Description

• Role in Bangalore to support financial and business systems
• Ensure smooth month-end operations and high-quality product/system support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system changes aligning with workflows
• Triaging and resolving business and system support tickets
• Provide product and application support for Kantata and related CRM tools
• Adapt to new tools, processes, and business requirements in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in business/support, system support, or financial systems roles
• Experience with financial/process controls and data accuracy
• Experience in structured support environments with SLAs/KPIs
• Hands-on with financial/enterprise systems such as Kantata and CRM tools
• Ticketing tools experience (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Familiar with month-end close processes and product/support roles in enterprise settings
