Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide L1-L3 support to post-trade processing apps.
• Handle incidents using service management workflows.
• Work with SMEs to resolve requests and report status.
• Implement improvements to support processes and monitoring.
• Coordinate release and change management; participate in DR activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Production Support / DevOps / SRE.
• Experience with AWS and Snowflake.
• Proficiency with RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase).
• Batch schedulers: TWS, Autosys.
• OS: Windows and UNIX; scripting in Python.
• Incident management experience.
