📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of senior software engineers, fostering ownership, accountability
• Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements
• Influence product direction by challenging assumptions, advocating for user-focused decisions, and
• Design, review, and evolve scalable architectures while breaking complex initiatives into
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development workflows to improve engineering
• Guide development of modern full-stack applications using technologies such as TypeScript, React

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting production systems.
• Previous experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and taking accountability for
• Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities such as LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or AI-powered
• Strong experience with modern web development using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Proven ability to design scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL or MySQL.
