• Guide development of modern full-stack apps using TypeScript, React, Next.js, shadcn/ui

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting production systems.
• Previous experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and owning technical delivery.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities such as LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or AI-powered
• Strong modern web development experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Proven ability to design scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native apps.
• Relational databases experience, especially PostgreSQL or MySQL.
