🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degrees may substitute with experience.
• 8+ years in management consulting, operations leadership, or related fields.
• Strong auction execution knowledge (sale-day, post-sale, client support).
• Experience in client experience or front-office ops, ideally in shared-services/outsourced models.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution across multi-site ops.
• Analytical, with rigorous business-case development and execution focus.
