Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Django)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize mission-critical microservices using Python, Django, and Django REST
• Design scalable APIs for high-concurrency traffic and peaks.
• Contribute to architecture with focus on operations, automation, resilience.
• Establish quality with unit testing using Pytest and automated checks.
• Resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, N+1 issues, async problems.
• Design microservices that integrate with complex third-party systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend experience with Django and DRF.
• Advanced Python proficiency; strong backend architecture knowledge.
• Experience building microservices and integrating third-party apps.
• Strong unit testing with Pytest or similar frameworks.
• Experience with async programming and optimizing high-load DB queries.
• Ability to identify perf issues and boost efficiency, scalability, reliability.
