Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Django)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize microservices using Python, Django, and DRF.
• Design scalable APIs for high-concurrency and peaks in demand.
• Improve architecture with a focus on operations, automation, resilience, and scalable practices.
• Establish quality via unit testing with Pytest and automated checks.
• Identify performance issues and optimize database queries and async processing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend development with Django and DRF.
• Advanced Python proficiency and backend architecture understanding.
• Experience designing microservices and integrating third-party systems.
• Strong unit testing experience with Pytest or similar.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and high-load DB queries.
• Excellent English; Spanish is a plus; strong collaboration skills.
