• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the Southern Sumatera regions
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify opportunities and challenges
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout analytics processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with company objectives
• Create financial models and forecasts for Southern Sumatera markets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning or related field
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Experience presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences
• Experience working in or with Indonesian markets, particularly Southern Sumatera
