• Develop deep understanding of CeFi products and crypto trading
• Build product-led GTM strategies using local dynamics
• Collaborate with Product, Business, BD, VIP, Affiliate and regional teams
• Translate product capabilities into user acquisition and monetization
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, optimize campaigns and segments

• Strong CeFi and crypto product knowledge
• Product sense to spot gaps and growth opportunities
• Data-driven with commercial mindset
• Experience with digital growth tools: performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle, referral, affiliate
• Segmentation and differentiated product propositions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product/Business teams
