QA Automation Engineer (A)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain automated functional, regression, and end-to-end test scripts using Playwright.
• Convert repeatable manual test scenarios into automated tests to increase efficiency and coverage.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, investigate failures, and identify defects.
• Perform manual QA testing alongside automation to maintain coverage during platform evolution.
• Monitor automated test executions and document failures and observations in Qase.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and edge

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software quality assurance or testing experience, including at least 2 years in test
• Hands-on experience with Playwright preferred; Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks also
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, with JavaScript particularly
• Familiarity with C#, DHTMLX, and/or Vue.js to understand applications tested.
• Experience with Qase or similar test management platforms (Xray, Zephyr, TestRail).
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking and GitHub for source control and CI integration.
