Solutions & Communications Architect (Fractional Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery and architecture of a secure, unified communications and workflow environment
• Design end-to-end architectures covering identity verification, access controls, data protection
• Establish approval checkpoints and human-in-the-loop controls for reviews before execution.
• Build and launch a functional pilot with monitoring, backups, validation, and proof of operation.
• Review technical work for security, quality, and architecture concerns; redirect as needed.
• Document decisions, risks, and recommended next steps for scalability and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in solution/enterprise/integration/platform/security architecture.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and work-management platforms with audit trails.
• Strong IAM, data protection, least-privilege, security controls, and secure design knowledge.
• Proven ability to design secure environments with data isolation across clients/organizations.
• Ability to translate evolving requirements into practical, secure, scalable solutions.
• Comfort using AI tools for research, analysis, and design with accountability for validation.
