📋 Description
- Translate complex client needs into ServiceNow solutions
- Implement and configure ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom apps
- Develop and maintain integrations with critical systems
- Resolve technical issues and optimize ServiceNow performance
- Collaborate with clients, business consultants, and developers
- Senior staff mentor medior/junior consultants and run design workshops
🎯 Requirements
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ServiceNow ervaring
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) mandatory
- CIS in modules ITSM/HRSD/CMDB
- Strong scripting: JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery, JSON
- ITIL is a plus; SecOps is a plus
- Fluent Dutch and good English; Netherlands-based
