Team Leader Laboratory

📋 Description

• Coordinating daily activities within part of the department.
• First point of contact for questions and problems from the team.
• Advisor to Laboratory Management on operations and improvements.
• Oversee planning in the laboratory and supervision of safety.
• Monitor equipment operation and ensure timely results (TAT).
• Maintain quality standards and handle complex problems.

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or
• 8-10 years’ experience in a central or clinical laboratory.
• Experience with MS Office and device software; knowledge of Biorad URT or similar.
• Ability to troubleshoot assay, QC or PT failures and adhere to SOPs and ISO quality systems.
