Shift Leader (PM Shift)

📋 Description

• Lead the bakery during a PM shift, owning the night with proactive operations.
• Balance baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while guiding the Cookie Crew.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure quality products.
• Maintain operations, communicate updates, and uphold company standards.
• Train and coach team members; delegate tasks for efficiency.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and manage cash deposits.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in a customer service role.
• Point of Sale experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor; detail-oriented.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others; lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; must be 18+.
