- Own product strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business outcomes for modernization initiatives.
- Translate objectives into actionable plans; lead discovery through execution and go-to-market.
- Modernize legacy platforms; migrate complex workflows; scale digital solutions.
- Partner with UX researchers and designers to apply user-centered design.
- Leverage generative AI to accelerate discovery, automate docs, and analyze behavior.
- Define and monitor product metrics, OKRs, adoption, and performance.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, design, or related; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of professional PM experience with outcomes ownership.
- Proven ability to define long-term product strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong experience defining product metrics for OKRs and adoption.
- Expertise in platform modernization and legacy-system transformation.
- UX-focused with ability to partner with UX/UI designers/researchers.
