Senior Guideline Coding Analyst (6 month FTC)

📋 Description

• Reviewing and recoding investment compliance rules within the Charles River Investment Management
• Analysing investment guidelines and prioritising coding activities to support programme delivery
• Logging and tracking data gaps, escalating issues where rules cannot be fully coded
• Performing validation testing to ensure coding outputs align with business and regulatory
• Conducting comparisons between strategic and legacy compliance monitoring systems to identify gaps
• Collaborating with fund managers, traders, technology teams, consultants and external vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience within investment management, with a strong focus on investment compliance
• Proven expertise working with Charles River and/or State Street investment management platforms
• Experience implementing and testing investment guideline rules and comparing strategic solutions
• Strong understanding of data structures, system integrations and how compliance monitoring
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently across business and
• Experience working within large-scale transformation, migration or change programmes
