Complex Claims Manager

📋 Description

• Manage policy and understand how the policy/product roadmap impacts risk and exposure mitigation.
• Build partnerships and engage in Large Loss Claim reviews with insurers on a monthly/quarterly
• Craft a Resolution Plan for Complex and Large Loss Claims with carriers or TPA to meet stakeholder
• Partner with Legal, Trust, Product, Brokers, and Insurers on complex claims resolution including
• Accountable for performance with Insurance Carriers and partners on Complex Claims worldwide.
• Mentor and upskill junior staff; support complex claims and changes across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate Complex and Large Loss claims.
• Strong knowledge of complex resolution techniques, investigative methods, and related legal aspects.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams across regions and seniority levels.
• 10+ years of Insurance Claims Coverage and Litigation experience with emphasis on liability and
• BA/BS degree preferred; deep technical claim, legal, and risk knowledge; willingness to be on call

🎁 Benefits

• Pay range: $100,000 – $115,000 USD. Base pay subject to change; may be eligible for bonus/equity
