Manager, Security Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead strategy and roadmap development across Product and Corporate Security teams.
• Build an AI-native security engineering team with high-value AI/workflow use cases.
• Strengthen the Security Partner model to help products be secure-by-default.
• Improve vulnerability management, pentesting, bug bounty, incident response, and defenses against
• Lead Corporate Security initiatives across IAM, endpoints, email, and detections/response.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and developing security engineers and leading high-performing teams.
• Significant security engineering experience in fast-paced tech or B2B SaaS.
• Experience using AI to improve security/workflows with responsible adoption.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver security programs with Engineering and Product teams.
• Product Security and Application Security/architecture experience.
• Experience securing AWS and Kubernetes environments; modern IAM/zero-trust (Okta, OpenID Connect
